Do you enjoy operating heavy equipment and being part of a team that helps build and improve roadways across local communities? We are seeking an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our asphalt division and play a key role in delivering high-quality paving projects.

What You'll Do

• Safely and efficiently operate a milling machine on roadway and paving projects.
• Adjust cutting depth and milling patterns to meet project specifications.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Work closely with the foreman and crew members to maintain production goals and project schedules.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist with additional project and crew responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating milling machines.
• Understanding of asphalt paving and roadway construction operations.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends as project demands require.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
