What they need
Milling Operator – Key Responsibilities
Operate conventional/CNC milling machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
Perform milling, drilling, slotting, tapping, and other machining operations.
Set and adjust cutting tools, workpieces, RPM, feed, and depth of cut.
Use vernier caliper, micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure components meet required dimensions and tolerances.
Monitor tool wear, machine condition, and product quality.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety procedures.
Achieve daily production and quality targets.
Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical preferred.
1–5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of milling operations, measuring instruments, and engineering drawings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
