Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Department: Production
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate milling machines as per production requirements.
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Perform milling, drilling, facing, slotting and other machining operations.
• Set and adjust cutting tools and machine parameters.
• Check dimensions using Vernier caliper, micrometer and other measuring instruments.
• Ensure jobs are produced as per required dimensions and tolerances.
• Identify and report quality issues, tool problems and machine abnormalities.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
• Complete production work within the given time.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Milling Operator.
• Good knowledge of machining and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and shifts, if required.
