About the Role

Operate conventional/CNC milling machines to produce precision metal parts according to engineering drawings, program specs, and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Setup & Operation: Set up workpieces, cutters, feeds, speeds, and CNC programs; operate milling machinery safely.
• Quality & Inspection: Perform in-process self-inspections (dimensions, tolerances, hole locations, finish) using precision tools.
• Maintenance & Safety: Adjust wear-offsets, maintain 5S, perform basic machine care, and report process anomalies.

Qualifications

• Tech/Vocational grad in Machining, CNC, or related track (Senior High Tech track accepted).
• 1–2 years milling experience preferred (entry-level eligible after assessment).
• Skilled in reading blueprints, using calipers/micrometers, and machine setup.
