JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Milling Operator with strong hands-on experience in machining components for SPM, automation machines, fixtures, and industrial equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate conventional milling machines for precision component machining.
• Set up jobs, tools, workpieces, and cutting parameters.
• Perform milling, facing, drilling, slotting, and related machining operations.
• Read and understand mechanical drawings and dimensions.
• Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
• Use Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
• Perform in-process inspection and maintain component quality.
• Handle different materials and machining requirements.
• Maintain machines, tools, and workplace cleanliness.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong practical knowledge of Milling Machine Operation.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Good knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes.
• Knowledge of measurements, tolerances, and fits.
• Experience in SPM / Fixture / Automation component machining will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

QUALIFICATION

ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Machinist / Fitter or relevant technical qualification.

EXPERIENCE

3–10 Years of relevant experience as a Milling Operator.

Only experienced candidates. Freshers are NOT eligible.
