Millwork Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Millwork Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of millwork projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of millwork components.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to clarify project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost assessments and proposals.
• Manage project timelines by employing time management strategies and tools like ProCore and Civil 3D to track progress and address potential delays proactively.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring quality standards are met while adhering to budget constraints.
• Supervise installation teams on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections using Bluebeam for documentation, quality control, and progress reporting.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders through meetings, reports, and updates to keep projects aligned with goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on millwork or custom cabinetry projects.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to millwork fabrication.
• Hands-on experience with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools.
• Familiarity with project management platforms like ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource planning.
• Knowledge of civil design software including Civil 3D is a plus for coordinating site work aspects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Construction industry experience combined with a solid understanding of safety standards and best practices in construction management software tools.

Pay: $18.21-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
