Summary

The Project Manager will oversee commercial millwork projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring all milestones, schedules, budgets and quality standards are met. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands the carpentry and millwork process, communicates clearly with field teams and clients, and keeps projects running smoothly with a professional and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage millwork projects from award to completion
• Communicate project updates to internal teams, clients and field crews
• Coordinate with carpenters, installers, vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and material deliveries
• Review drawings, change orders, and site conditions
• Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong professional relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or project management within the architectural millwork or related construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Millwork Project Management experience
• Professional demeanor, strong communication, and ability to collaborate with team members, installers, vendors and clients
• Ability to read plans, coordinate schedules, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Additional Skills

• Estimating Experience
• AutoCad Experience
• Ability to assist with takeoffs when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour
