NOW HIRING: Wood Processing / Millwork Operator 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday Join our team creating high-end custom millwork for ultra-luxury projects!

We are seeking an experienced Wood Processing/Millwork Operator to complete daily production schedules in our Panels or Solid Processing Departments. Responsibilities include setting up and operating edge banders, molders, shapers, dowel insertion machines, saws, and wide-belt sanders; following drawings, work orders, and procedures; inspecting parts for quality and accuracy; tagging and labeling materials; and maintaining a safe, efficient work area. Qualifications:

• Woodworking/millwork machinery experience
• Experience with solid woods and veneers
• Knowledge of woodworking, manufacturing, and millwork drawings
• Computer knowledge
• Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet quality and production standards
• Flexible and willing to cross-train
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to repeatedly lift approximately 40 lbs.
• Able to stand, grip, grasp, turn, and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements
