Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Millwright to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This essential role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Duties

• Install, align, and assemble machinery and equipment using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters.
• Repair or replace defective components including motors, belts, gears, sensors, and switches.
• Operate lifting devices such as scissor lifts safely for equipment installation or repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to industrial maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwright or industrial mechanic within a manufacturing facility environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, belts, and bearings.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues efficiently using analysis skills and technical expertise.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; OSHA certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external vendors.
• Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
