Overview
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team with minimum 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. The Millwright will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and systems, contributing to the overall productivity of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate alignment and installation of machinery.
• Work with both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems as needed.
• Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings or concerns.

Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC/R systems is a plus, enhancing the ability to maintain climate control equipment.
• Strong technical sales skills may be beneficial for understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, including familiarity with various types of machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for effective troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, both low voltage and high voltage, is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments during installation or repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
