Millwright/Laborer

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Millwrights and Laborer to join our team. This role supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural storage, material handling, and conditioning equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, hardworking, and eager to build a career with opportunities for growth. This position requires the willingness to work outside in all weather conditions, as well as from heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly, installation, and repair of millwright equipment and machinery.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and effectively.
• Support crews with bin construction and concrete projects as needed.
• Perform shop tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Perform physical labor including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license. Candidates with a Commercial Driver's License or willingness to obtain preferred.
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn multiple aspects of the trade.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow directions and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safe work practices at all times.
• Previous millwright, construction, or agricultural experience is a plus, but not required.
