Milwaukee County Cognitive Behavioral Programming Specialist

The CBP Facilitator is a specialized, dynamic role within the Early Interventions Unit, Ancillary Team. The CBP Facilitator is responsible for effectively facilitating various groups such as Thinking for a Change (T4C) and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). Facilitators not only go through the curriculum and material with the participants of the group, but they work with each participant to develop coping, problem solving, and social skills that will in turn help guide them to success in their program, and in their future. The goal of the Evidence Based Curriculums is to lower the likelihood of the participant returning to the system in the future. The CBP Specialist will facilitate multiple groups each day in various locations near downtown Milwaukee.
