About the role

As a MINE PLAN at PT Aneka Sumberbumi Jaya', you will play a crucial role in the operational aspects of the company's mining activities. This full-time position is based in Lampung Selatan, Lampung, where you will be responsible for optimising mining operations and ensuring efficient resource utilisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive mine plans to maximise productivity and profitability
2. Analysing geological data and resource models to determine optimal mining strategies
3. Coordinating and overseeing mining activities, including extraction, processing, and materials handling
4. Monitoring and adjusting mine plans to respond to changes in market conditions, resource availability, and operational factors
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant mining regulations and industry best practices
7. Providing regular reports and recommendations to management on mining operations and performance

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mine planning and operational management within the mining industry
3. Proficiency in using mine planning software and data analysis tools
4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
6. Thorough understanding of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability practices
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
