Mine Site Manager - DIDO Mackay/Rockhampton

**Due to continued growth here at Sirrom we are currently recruiting for a brand-new role for a Mine Site Manager. This role will be responsible for the mine site cleaning crews at three QLD sites and one in NSW (Wilpinjong).

The Role:**

• Travel to three mine site cleaning sites in the Mackay region and one in NSW
• Happy to be hands-on as required
• Work with current Mine Site Supervisors
• Would suit previous Village Manager with Mine Site experience or Housekeeping or Mine Site Supervisors
• Flexible roster but 7/7 not preferred
• Ability to travel into/out from site

We’re looking for candidates with: 

• A Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 are essential
• G1, G2, G8, G9 are preferred
• Previous team management experience
• Hands-on experience with commercial/industrial cleaning and catering services
• Ability to maintain strict health & hygiene standards and systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Friendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environment

To be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain: 

• Australian Driver's Licence (must be any Australian State)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
• Have a recent National Police Check
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
