Maven Royalty Partners

Mineral Acquisition Agent
Independent Contractor (1099) | Fully Remote | Unlimited Commission Potential
Why Maven Royalty Partners
Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”) is a well-capitalized, active mineral and royalty acquisitions firm operating across the continental United States. Maven is not a brokerage or a “flip shop.” We acquire minerals and royalties
for our own account
, allowing our agents to focus on closing real deals – without worrying about back-end buyers, re-trades, or failed funding. Maven has invested
$400+ million
across
all major basins in the US
, and we expect to deploy $50-$100 million per year for the foreseeable future. Our capital is in place, our underwriting is proven, and our transaction volume continues to grow.
The Opportunity
As an Acquisition Agent, you’ll work directly with Maven’s acquisitions team to identify, negotiate, and close mineral and royalty transactions. This role is ideal for motivated self-starters who want autonomy, uncapped earnings, and the ability to build a long-term pipeline with a credible, repeat buyer. You’ll be supported with company-provided leads, pricing guidance, and a team that knows how to close efficiently – so you can focus on what you do best: talking to owners and getting deals done.
