Duties

• Safely operate the mini bus to transport passengers on scheduled routes or special trips
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and proper functioning of all mechanical components
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts
• Communicate clearly with passengers, providing information and assistance as needed
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, especially those with mobility challenges

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ideally with commercial driving or van driver experience
• D1 Entitlement on drivers license and also a CPC card.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or van driver preferred
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
• Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
• Knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and safety procedures
• Ability to stay alert during long periods of driving and handle unexpected situations professionally
• Prior experience in transportation or driving roles that involve passenger service is highly desirable
