Mini Loader Operator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Mini Loader Operator to join our team for snow removal. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mini loaders efficiently and safely across various commercial job locations/parking lots. This role requires a strong focus on equipment operation, safety procedures, and maintenance to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine equipment checks and minor repairs as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating mini loaders or similar small construction equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and best practices for safe operation.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on mini loaders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
