Responsibilities

• Safely drive your mini van to pick up and deliver packages across designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Load and unload packages efficiently, utilizing heavy lifting techniques and equipment such as and when necessary.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate pickups and deliveries smoothly.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports to track shipments and delivery statuses.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times.

Qualifications

• Must own a reliable, well-maintained mini van.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Strong moving skills with the ability to lift heavy packages safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer service situations professionally and courteously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean commercial abstract.
