Minibus and / or coach drivers

Job Summary

Drive minibuses and/or coaches safely and reliably, helping passengers reach their destinations comfortably and on time. You’ll carry out vehicle checks, provide clear updates and support a positive passenger experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive minibuses or coaches on assigned routes, following road safety rules and route instructions.
• Welcome passengers, communicate journey information and assist with boarding where appropriate.
• Complete routine vehicle checks and report faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean and ready for service; support basic maintenance tasks within your training.
• Safe, considerate driving and clear communication help passengers travel with confidence and arrive smoothly.

Skills

• A suitable driving licence for our vehicles and a safe, responsible approach to driving
• Strong communication skills and a good command of spoken English.
• Commercial driving experience is useful, and delivery driver or van driver experience is also welcome. Whilst being a qualified PSV driver would be an advantage, we are keen to meet you if you're looking for a change of career or are currently driving but wish to gain your PSV licence. We will provide all the training you need to obtain your qualification; we'd just require a fixed-term commitment from you after qualifying.
• Mechanical knowledge and vehicle maintenance experience are advantageous, but not essential.
• A 'get stuck in with the rest of the team' attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our services run smoothly.

Pay: £12.71-£12.72 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
