Minibus Driver

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Minibus Driver to join our team, dedicated to providing safe, efficient, and friendly transportation services. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures while maintaining excellent communication with passengers and team members. Duties

• Safely operate a minibus along assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels
• Communicate clearly with passengers regarding schedules, stops, and safety instructions using strong English language skills
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing courteous support as needed
• Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, and any incidents during shifts
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth scheduling and timely service

Experience

• Proven commercial driving experience, preferably as a van driver or delivery driver
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience operating minibuses or similar passenger vehicles in a professional setting
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with passengers and team members
• Familiarity with safety regulations and driving laws applicable to commercial vehicles
• Prior experience in customer service roles that require clear communication and professionalism

Pay: From £20.00 per hour
