Responsibilities

• Safely operate the minibus to transport passengers according to scheduled routes and timetables
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and proper functioning of all mechanical systems
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly
• Communicate clearly with passengers, providing information about routes, stops, and safety procedures
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, especially those with mobility needs
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance logs as required

Experience

• Proven commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license suitable for minibus operation
• Prior experience as a delivery driver or van driver is highly desirable
• Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and traffic regulations diligently
• Familiarity with local routes and navigation tools is a plus

Pay: £15.00-£15.30 per hour
