Mining Engineer- FIFO

Resolve operate throughout Australia and internationally and have a number of roles in exciting, engaging projects for site-based Engineers.

Our embedded and consulting teams cover the core mining disciplines, including mining engineers, geotechnical engineers, and geologists.

Due to ongoing growth, we currently have an opportunity for full-time, site based roles in the following disciplines:

• Mining Engineer (FIFO)
• Senior Mining Engineer (FIFO)

Candidates can be based anywhere in Australia, and must have the ability to work on site, predominately on an 8:6 roster.

Candidates should have the following experience and qualifications:

• Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ industry experience
• Demonstrated exposure to a variety of technical disciplines
• Completion of practical mining experience is desirable (eligibility for relevant statutory tickets)
• Developing understanding of statutory requirements and industry best practice
• Exposure to mine-specific CAD software (Deswik- preferred, Surpac, Vulcan, DataMine, VentSim optional)
• Able to liaise with multiple stakeholders to drive operational priorities
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated interest in identifying and solving complex problems
• Ability to be flexible and manage with a changing environment
