What they need
We are looking for an experienced Mining HR Manager / HR Head with strong knowledge of the international mining industry and proven experience managing HR operations at mining sites, preferably in Africa.
8–15+ years of HR experience mining industry
Required Candidate profile
Strong understanding of international mining HR practices
Previous Africa mining experience will be highly preferred
Experience managing both local and expatriate employees
French or Arabic is an adva
