Mining Loader Development Leader

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the top-level design and final technical review of the overall scheme for large-tonnage hybrid loaders. Benchmark against industry-leading models from Caterpillar and Komatsu to define the core technical route and performance indicators of the complete machine.
2. Coordinate the matching and optimization of all systems including vehicle powertrain, electric drive, hydraulics, thermal management and structures. Resolve key machine-level challenges such as power matching, operational efficiency and energy consumption balance.
3. Guide the optimization of overall machine layout architecture, axle load distribution, stability, tipping load and working cycle parameters, and establish an overall design system for large-tonnage loaders aligned with international standards.
4. Review the design schemes of each sub-system of the complete machine, identify risks, interferences and operating-condition adaptation defects, and deliver systematic optimization and rectification plans.
5. Lead the adaptation to extreme mining working conditions and top-level optimization of machine reliability. Troubleshoot complex machine issues including vibration, poor system matching and insufficient working condition adaptability.
6. Build benchmarking systems and design specifications, and coach the R&D team to improve the overall design capability for large-tonnage hybrid loaders.
