Mining Logistic Jr. Foreman

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records to ensure material availability for production requirements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all logistics activities
• Direct and train warehouse staff and equipment operators to maintain productivity and safety standards
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to optimise material flow and reduce operational bottlenecks
• Maintain and manage logistics equipment including forklifts, conveyor systems and storage facilities
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on logistics operations, material movements and any incidents or discrepancies
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures to reduce costs and improve throughput
• Respond to operational issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior management as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution operations, preferably in mining or heavy industrial sectors
• Demonstrated supervisory or foreman experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics operations
• Excellent understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Physical capability to perform duties in a demanding warehouse environment
• Fluency in Indonesian and English languages (both spoken and written)
• Knowledge of mining operations and supply chain management is highly desirable
