What they need

We specialise in bulk haulage and ancillary onsite services, including road construction and maintenance operations, for mining companies in the key resource-producing regions of Western Australia. Our services primarily involve truck haulage across both off-road and on-road (highway) routes, transporting materials from mine sites to port facilities and processing infrastructure.

While our primary commodities are iron ore and gold, our expanded footprint allows us to create new geographical hubs through regional expansion. We aim to acquire new customers in existing geographies, building on our current capabilities, while also retaining and growing our existing customer base.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Mining Supervisor to lead and support our frontline workforce in the Goldfields. This permanent role is ideal for a proactive leader who is passionate about safety, operational performance, and developing high-performing teams.

As Mining Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in leading frontline crews and driving operational success. You'll be responsible for delivering safe and productive mining outcomes, developing and supporting your team, and championing a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily mining operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Maximise equipment performance, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency to deliver optimal results.
  • Monitor and analyse production performance, identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proactively manage operational challenges, equipment downtime, and site risks to minimise disruptions and maintain productivity.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop frontline teams, fostering a strong safety culture and high-performance environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements, maintaining the highest standards across all activities.
  • Prepare accurate shift, production, and incident reports while building strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Our Criteria | Your Skills:

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with impact and influence in a concise and clear manner.
  • Display energy and enthusiasm for P&E and its goals.
  • Proven professional expertise and technical understanding of mining industries and operations.
  • Demonstrate behaviours aligned with safety best practices, along with an established understanding and knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Proven experience in a similar role for at least 3+ years.

What We Require:

  • Current Drivers License (essential).
  • Statutory Mining Supervisors Course - S26 (Essential)
  • A genuine commitment to safety and applying safe-working practices.
  • The ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving heavy bulk vehicles.

  • 2/1 Roster

  • Flights and accommodation provided.

  • All meals provided

All candidates must have the ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and supply a recent National Police Clearance (less than 6-months old). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stability and development opportunities within a growing organisation.
