Mining Support Service Section Head

About the role

Lead operations and maintenance excellence across strategic contracts, ensuring high service performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Drive operational efficiency, manage business risks, uphold HSE standards, and deliver sustainable results in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct operational management and maintenance, project implementation according to applicable contracts including KPI/SLA and penalties/Liquidate Damage (LD)
• Ensure and monitor Profitability/Gross Profit (GP) of each contract and MSS section consolidation with effective and efficient operational and maintenance cost control, and ensure revenue aligns with power plant production plans
• Ensure risk control processes for each contract and MSS section run according to risk mitigation plans to prevent disruption to contract and MSS section targets
• Maintain customer satisfaction and good relationships in all operational and maintenance contract management activities for MSS products
• Ensure HSE program implementation in all work activities in MSS section

About you

• D3/S1 education in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electrical, Industrial, Heavy Equipment, or Mining (preferred)
• 5–7 years of work experience in operational, maintenance, or related positions
• POP or POM certificate (preferred)
• Understanding of operational management, maintenance, KPI/SLA, and risk management
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination capabilities
• Willing to conduct site visits as required by work needs
