Miniso BAYAWAN - Replenisher

JOB FUNCTION

The Replenisher is responsible for maintaining product availability and orderliness in both the selling area and warehouse. This role ensures efficient stock management, assists customers with their needs, and supports daily store operations to provide a positive shopping experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, check, and organize incoming stocks and deliveries.
• Replenish shelves and display areas with products from the stockroom.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper product rotation and check for damaged or expired goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in both selling and stock areas.
• Assist customers and provide basic product information.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare items for transfer, delivery, or display as needed.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Senior High School graduate.
• Previous experience in retail, stock handling, or warehouse work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move merchandise.
• Organized and attentive to details.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock handling is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
