Position Summary

The Ministry Coordinator supports the overall mission and operations of Revival Church by coordinating ministries, leading events and projects, supporting ministry leaders, and ensuring teams have the resources they need to succeed. This role serves across multiple areas of the church to help fulfill its mission of helping people find and follow Jesus.

Key Responsibilities

• Ministry Support: Support ministry leaders and teams with planning, organization, and execution.
• Event Leadership: Lead and coordinate church events, ministry gatherings, and church-wide initiatives.
• Baptize NYC: Help lead, plan, and coordinate Baptize NYC, including event logistics, team coordination, and outreach.
• Administration: Oversee communication, scheduling, documentation, and organizational needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside staff and volunteers to strengthen ministry effectiveness.
• Church Operations: Identify needs, solve problems, and provide leadership and support across various areas of the church.
• Mission Alignment: Help create opportunities for people to connect with the church, grow in their faith, and find and follow Jesus.
