MIS Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze sales data using advanced Excel skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, including dashboards and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for reporting needs.
• Utilize VLOOKUP functions to extract relevant data from large datasets.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP functions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings effectively.
