Key Responsibilities
- Reporting Tools: Build, automate, and update recurring performance reports using tools like Excel VBA, VB6 or Python via MS SQL database.
- System Optimization: Design, test, and upgrade internal database workflows and information systems.
- Technical Support: Assist end-users with troubleshooting ERP (U8 from Yonyou) and POS system (YS from Yonyou), e-commerce website.
Required Qualification and Skills
- Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and data querying via SQL.
- Proficiency in Excel VBA.
- Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
- Solid understanding of business processes and database structures.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
