Mis Analyst

Job Title: AM - MIS/ DATA Analytics

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Ghaziabad (Sahibabad)

Working Mode: 5.5 Days (2nd & 3rd Sat off)

Purpose To manage AFPL's MIS reporting, dashboarding and data analytics function , converting production, quality, sales and financial data into actionable, Al-assisted insights that support faster and more accurate management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for production, quality, dispatch, sales and finance.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards (Power Bl / Tibleau / Excel) for plant and management review meetings.
• Consolidate data from ERP, SCADA and shop-floor systems; ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of reporting.
• Perform root-cause and trend analysis on production emciency, rejection, downtime and cost parameters.
• Partner With Production, Quality, SCM and Finance teams to define KPIs and reporting formats.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and MIS requirements for management and board-level reviews. Maintain data hygiene, standard templates and single-source-of-truth reporting practices.
• The role Will progressively automate and enrich traditional MIS With Al-based analytics to move from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive insight.
• Use AI/ML models for demand and production forecasting, and for anomaly / outlier detection in quality and cost data.
• Automate routine report generation and data cleaning using Python, power Query and Al-based scripting tools.
• Leverage generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT/CIoud) to draft management summaries, insight commentary and presentation content from raw data.
• Build natural-language J' conversational query interfaces on dashboards for self-service data access by management.
• Apply statistical and AI techniques to identify cost-saving and productivity-impmvcmcnt opportunities.
• Enable Al-assisted anomaly detection for inventory, quality and finance data within the ERP. •
• Record Meeting minutes, Follow-up on action plans.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc./M.Sc. (Statistics / Mathematics), or MBA. A certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or AI/ML is preferred.
