Job Title: MIS Analyst

Reports To: MIS Manager

Job Type: Off-Role

Job Requirements

• 25 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables,

lookups, data cleaning, data validation, and visualization.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and other Microsoft tools.
• Experience in the FMCG industry, with an understanding of sales, distribution,

inventory, targets, achievements, and related business reporting.

• Strong hands-on experience with Excel and large datasets.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales,

Operations, Marketing, IT, and E-commerce teams.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and

improve or automate reporting processes.

• Ability to independently build reports and dashboards rather than simply following

predefined formats.

• Experience creating management dashboards and KPI reports.
• Good understanding of sales-related metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the

FMCG industry.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables,

and data visualization techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of any additional regional

language will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of FMCG business processes and reporting requirements
