MIS Analyst

We are hiring an MIS Analyst to support the preparation and analysis of business and financial reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, cost analysis, and management reporting, with strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Analyse budgets, P&L, costs, revenue, and financial performance.
• Monitor actuals against budget and identify variances and cost trends.
• Prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to collect, validate, and reconcile data.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in MIS, Cost Analysis, Financial Reporting, or a related role.
• Strong experience in Budgeting, P&L, Cost Analysis, and Variance Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience in FM, Infrastructure, Manpower, Contracting, or Finance will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
