MIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate business databases and dashboards.
• Track daily business KPIs and highlight major deviations.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

2. Sales MIS

• Track leads, calls, meetings, proposals and conversions.
• Maintain salesperson-wise performance reports.
• Track sales targets versus achievement.
• Monitor follow-ups and sales pipeline.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports.

3. Finance & Collection MIS

• Track invoices raised and payments received.
• Maintain client-wise outstanding reports.
• Prepare payment ageing reports.
• Track 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ day outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate with Finance/Sales teams for payment follow-ups.
• Assist in cashback and transaction reconciliation.
• Maintain salesperson-wise performance reports.
• Track sales targets versus achievement.
• Monitor follow-ups and sales pipeline.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports.

Business Reporting

• Ability to prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS
• Strong understanding of KPIs
• Ability to compare targets vs actuals
• Good numerical and analytical ability

Data Accuracy

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and errors
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to work with large datasets without losing accuracy

Good to Have

• Power BI
• SQL / basic database knowledge
• CRM experience
• ERP/software reporting experience
• Basic understanding of APIs/data exports
• Experience in fintech, loyalty, SaaS, FMCG or B2B companies

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
