Job Description -

Position: MIS/ Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a immediate basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MS Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities.

Extract, analyze, and report data using MS Excel.

Manage and maintain large datasets by cleaning, organizing, validating, and transforming data into a structured and usable format.

Prepare regular reports and ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned tasks.

Identify data inconsistencies, errors, and trends and take appropriate corrective actions.

Perform data analysis to support business and operational requirements.

Maintain accuracy and quality of data while handling multiple tasks within defined timelines.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver relevant reports.

Continuously improve data-handling and reporting processes for greater efficiency.

Candidate Profile Who Should Apply?

Graduate in any discipline with a good academic record.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with MS Excel.

Good understanding of basic Excel formulas and functions.

Strong written and verbal English communication and comprehension skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive and dynamic personality with a willingness to learn and grow.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
