About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Budgeting & Costing Executive to join our Finance team. This opportunity is ideal for MBA Finance freshers who are eager to build a career in budgeting, costing, financial planning, and management reporting. The candidate will work closely with the finance team to support budgeting, cost analysis, MIS reporting, and financial decision-making.

Eligibility

• MBA in Finance (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Strong academic background in Finance or Accounting

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
• Good understanding of budgeting, costing, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret financial data and prepare reports
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Support budgeting, costing, and variance analysis
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and MIS reports
• Analyze expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist in financial planning and forecasting activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting and financial data collection
• Prepare management presentations and financial summaries
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned financial tasks
• Support the Finance team in day-to-day operations and reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
