Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in Accounts and Billing. In this dual-focus role, you will manage our financial data pipelines, oversee billing compliance, and generate accurate MIS reports. Your work will bridge the gap between daily financial operations and executive decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & MIS: Design, generate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial MIS reports, cash flow trackers, and variance analyses.
• Billing & Invoicing: Oversee client invoicing, vendor billing verification, and reconcile ledger balances to ensure complete accuracy.
• Data Management: Extract, compile, and organize raw financial data from multiple accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks) and Excel spreadsheets.
• Reconciliation: Conduct routine bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any financial discrepancies.
• Compliance Tracking: Audit and ensure all data entry complies with company accounting policies and regional tax standards (such as GST or TDS where applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Accounting Expertise: Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger operations.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and formulas) and accounting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization
• Soft Skills: High numerical accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a strict commitment to financial confidentiality.

Experience

• 2 to 4+ years of combined experience in corporate accounting, billing operations, and MIS data reporting.

Pay: ₹11,186.12 - ₹31,834.68 per month
