Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive – Billing, Budget Tracking & MIS to manage marketing vendor bills, project-wise budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify marketing vendor bills and invoices.
• Track project-wise budget vs. actual expenses.
• Maintain marketing MIS and expense reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with vendors, Finance, Accounts, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate billing and budget-related records.
• Support management with required reports and data analysis.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Payable, MIS, or Budget Tracking.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in vendor billing, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
• Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or FMCG experience preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
