• 4-8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, management reporting, or budgeting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (MIS) for senior management, including balance sheet analysis, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis.

• Develop and maintain dashboards using FPA tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, expense control, and budget vs actual comparisons.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in cost control processes and implement changes accordingly.

• Create forecasts based on historical data trends and market insights to inform business decisions.

• Provide management reporting support by preparing ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.

• Guide financial controller of various businesses to Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business units to develop realistic and aligned budgets.

• Prepare rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans.

• Challenge assumptions and support cost optimization initiatives.

• Monitor budget adherence and support corrective actions where required.
