What they need
* Manage order processing, billing, invoicing and dispatch coordination.
* Handle distributor claims related to replacement, breakage, expiry, freight and credit notes.
* Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation and product availability.
* Maintain SAP/CBO master data, including party, item, batch, rates and schemes.
* Coordinate with distributors and field sales teams for operational queries.
* Support PR/PO, outstanding tracking and monthly closing activities.
* Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Commercial and other departments.
* Ensure timely, accurate and complete MIS reporting to management.
