Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
• Handle Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Identify discrepancies and support process improvement through data analysis.
• Maintain operational records and ensure smooth day-to-day MIS activities.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Operations, or Data Analysis, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge or understanding of Mutual Funds (MF) and PMS (Portfolio Management Services) will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
