MIS Assistant (Auxiliary)

What you'll be doing

• Set up, mount, configure, and troubleshoot Smart TVs, digital menu boards, and media players across store branches.

• Ensure video content, promotional slides, and digital menus display correctly without display lags or aspect ratio glitches.

• Configure and maintain in-store ambient background music systems, amplifier units, media players, and ceiling/wall speaker systems.

• Troubleshoot audio issues such as static, poor sound quality, volume balancing across zones, or wiring faults.

• Provide hands-on hardware support for desktops, laptops, office printers, and etc.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors for AV equipment replacement, mounting installations, speaker cabling, or warranty repairs.

• Maintain an active asset inventory of all TVs, speakers, amplifiers, cables, and display devices.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or MIS assistant roles. Basic Audio-Visual (AV) technical setup. Experience in a retail or F&B setting handling store audio and TVs is a strong plus.

• Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on knowledge of Smart TV platforms (Android TV, WebOS, Tizen), HDMI matrix switchers, and digital signage players.
  • Familiarity with commercial audio equipment (Amplifiers, AUX/Bluetooth setups, 70V/100V speaker systems, wiring standards).
  • Basic computer hardware, Windows/Mac OS troubleshooting, and local network connectivity.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills for handling user tech issues, and the ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and provide remote support for store-level technical emergencies.
