MIS Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and manage data accurately across company systems
• Assist in monitoring system performance, generating reports, and performing basic data reviews
• Support daily retail system operations, including POS and inventory functions
• Work closely with team members to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or system-related issues
• Compile and submit accurate reports within required timelines
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for auditing and system reference purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operational activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree qualification in any discipline
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and accuracy skills
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
