What they need
Key responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end users.
- Administer and maintain Unix, Linux and Windows, VW & Enterprise SAN/NAS storage, Firewall & Antispam.
- Maintain and perform backup, restore & disaster recovery activities and procedures.
- Provide support for corporate LAN and WAN networks.
- Perform daily system health check to proactively identify and prevent for major system issues.
- Ensure compliance with established controls, policies, and procedures.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
About you
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
- Good knowledge in VM Ware and Windows Server environments.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a service-oriented mindset and good problem-solving abilities.
