MIS Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Associate to join our team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, analyzing data, generating dashboards, and supporting business operations with timely and accurate reporting.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain databases.
• Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
• Support management with ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
• Good understanding of MIS Reporting and Data Analysis.
• Experience in preparing dashboards and automated reports.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
