Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data systems, generating reports, analyzing business trends, and supporting decision-making across departments. You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and strategic insight delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from different departments.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
• Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other Excel functions.
• Support report automation using Macros, Power Query, or Power BI.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve them with relevant teams.
• Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes.
• Support the MIS Manager in data analysis and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA in Finance.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in MIS , reporting or data management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
