Job Title: MIS Executive (Management Information Systems)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our office operations by managing data, generating reports, and ensuring accurate information flow across departments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, maintaining records, and creating meaningful insights from data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and update databases and records accurately
• Generate reports using Excel or MIS tools
• Coordinate with different departments for data requirements
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably IT, Commerce, or related field)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in MIS or data handling preferred
