Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Coordinator to manage, organize, and streamline our company's data and reporting systems. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering data from various departments, maintaining accurate databases, and generating actionable insights using advanced spreadsheet tools and business intelligence software.The ideal candidate must possess exceptional data management skills, a strong command of modern cloud collaboration tools, and the ability to turn raw figures into structured reports that help management make informed business decisions.Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Reporting: Daily collection, consolidation, and extraction of data from multiple sources to maintain up-to-date master databases.
• Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI and advanced spreadsheet functions.
• Database Maintenance: Audit and clean data regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security across all platforms.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver custom data solutions.
• System Optimization: Identify gaps in current data collection processes and implement automated workflows to reduce manual errors.
• Documentation & Typing: Maintain meticulous digital records, format official documentation, and handle swift data entry operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets: Mastery of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Pivot Tables, Power Query, array formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Power BI: Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX formulas, and creating clean, visually impactful dashboards.
• Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace: High proficiency in cloud collaboration tools including SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Forms, and Docs.
• Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy for efficient data entry and documentation.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for finding inconsistencies in large datasets.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex data trends in simple terms to non-technical team members.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of proven experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or in a similar reporting role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
