What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and automate MIS reports using Advanced Excel
- Use Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros to analyze data
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Management to gather and validate data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
- Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics
- Share insights and reports with stakeholders and management
- Support audits, reviews, and ad-hoc data requests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple departments and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of SQL / Power BI is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,173.36 - ₹30,000.00 per month
